Justice Taiwo Taiwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday ordered Department of State Service (DSS) to immediately release the convener of #RevolutionNow protest, Omoyele Sowore, from its custody.
Justice Taiwo directed the DSS to handover activist to released to his lawyer, Femi Falana (SA ), who is to produce him for arraignment whenever he is required.
However, the judge order Sowore to deposit his passport and other travel documents to guarantee his availability for trial since charges had already been filed against by the federal government.
