The police filed the charge against the defendants following the tragedy that happened during the Christmas funfair in Ibadan on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, where no fewer than 35 children died.

The court fixed Monday for the ruling after Silekunola, Hazmat, and Fasasi’s lawyers argued their bail application on January 7.

The Judge also gave five conditions for the bail, which included N10 million and two sureties who must submit landed documents within the court’s jurisdiction.

The other conditions are that the applicant must deposit their international passport with the court, and they are barred from granting any form of interview during the pendency of the case.
